Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing security plans for TNM events.
- Participate in on-site monitoring and ensure event safety protocols are followed.
- Support crowd control efforts and ensure orderly event flow.
- Communicate with other security team members and event staff to address potential risks.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security issues or emergencies as they arise.
- Assist in escorting TNM leadership and VIPs during events.

Primarily in-person participation at TNM events across Texas. Travel may be required depending on event locations.
Estimated Time Requirements
- Event-based role; approximately 4-6 hours per event, with flexibility for additional pre-event briefing or post-event debriefing.
- Commitment for at least two major TNM events over a 6-month period.
Skills/Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of event security or safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication and situational awareness skills.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event security, military, law enforcement, or similar fields.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
