The Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and integrity of TNM’s digital assets. This role is vital in managing organizational cybersecurity policies, risk assessment, and compliance with data security protocols. In addition, the Cybersecurity Manager coordinates emergency response plans and collaborates with the Technology Department to maintain a secure digital environment aligned with TNM’s mission and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies: Establish and maintain TNM’s cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments: Identify and assess security risks across TNM’s digital infrastructure, recommending mitigation strategies to protect against potential threats.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents: Oversee the detection, reporting, and resolution of security incidents, ensuring swift and effective response to limit any damage.
- Collaborate on secure system architecture: Work closely with the Technology Department to ensure that TNM’s systems and applications are designed with security best practices.
- Train staff on cybersecurity practices: Provide training and resources to ensure staff members understand and follow cybersecurity protocols.
- Audit and maintain compliance: Regularly audit TNM’s digital assets to confirm they comply with legal and regulatory standards and align with TNM’s security policies.
