Facebook Community Manager

As a Facebook Community Manager for the Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM), you will be responsible for cultivating an active, engaged, and supportive community on TNM’s Facebook page and related groups. This role plays a critical part in enhancing TNM’s online presence, fostering meaningful discussions, and promoting TNM’s mission for Texas independence. The Facebook Community Manager ensures consistent messaging, encourages member participation, and drives public engagement on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to encourage participation and promote TNM’s mission across Facebook.
  • Monitor and moderate Facebook posts, comments, and messages to maintain a respectful and supportive environment aligned with TNM’s values.
  • Create and curate engaging content such as polls, discussions, and updates to spark interest and engagement.
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and comments to foster trust and connection with the community.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to measure the success of community strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with TNM’s broader campaigns.
  • Promote TNM events and initiatives to maximize participation and visibility.

By managing TNM’s presence on Facebook, you will help spread awareness of the movement’s mission, recruit new supporters, and build a sense of community among current members.
